These apartments are ideal for business people or visitors to Amsterdam who need to stay in Amsterdam for a longer period of time. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and the building has an elevator to reach the higher levels. Guests may use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. For safety and security purposes, the building has a CCTV system in all corridors as well as a fire detection system.
