The wider surroundings of Trogir (Trogir - Seget - Ciovo Riviera) is characterized by lavish green vegetation,numerous islands and islets,rocky and pebble beaches. Split -Salona A walking tour of Split, boasting a 17-century long history, will cover the cities most important historic sights. The Diocletians Palace with its cellars, dating from the 3rd century, the Peristyle, the Golden and Silver Gates, the Cathedral and Jupiters Temple are only part of the cities wealth of historic monuments. We proceed to Solin - an ancient Roman settlement - for a visit to the remains of temples, Roman baths, an amphitheater, churches and town walls.
