At the hotel?s guest-only cafe, you can purchase the hotel?s own perfume line, organic delicacies, the Mexican crockery and the cutlery from Bali as well as the guest toiletries. The cafe is open 24 hours a day, so there will always be time to choose a unique gift to take home with you. The hotel has a quiet courtyard garden with decked walkways to the rear, allowing you to relax and take a break from the pace of the city. Bertrams is completely non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in the garden with heating lamps and blankets for your convenience. The hotel has 3 small conference rooms with a maximum of 14 people per room.
