Our 46 double rooms, studios and suites, as well as our 3 apartments, are lovingly furnished and equipped with all comforts. Binz offers a mild, bracing climate and enjoys 1,872 hours of sunshine per year. The sheltered location, the wide sandy beaches, the pebble-free seabed and the gentle tide make Binz a popular bathing paradise. The town's architecture is unlike any other resort's on the island. The villas feature elaborate ornamentation and rosettes, small towers and gazebos. The 3.2 kilometre-long promenade lies like a string of pearls along the seafront, and invites you to linger and go for pleasant strolls. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 18.00 per stay in a baby cot. All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Public parking is possible on streets nearby and costs EUR 8.00 per day. Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
