When our menu changing seasonally is complied, the variety, combination of modern and traditional dishes, their flavouring with a little world of rural tastes has a great part. Besides the usual delicacies we favour our guests with specialities occasionally. When we compile our dishes, we carefully pay attention to avoiding the ready-made products and to prepare everything home-made, if possible, for the best quality from the plum jam through croquette potatoes to the liver dumplings.
