Villas San Blas is only three minutes from the beach and from Puerto del Carmen by car, and ten minutes from the airport. The Villas comprise twelve marvellous, grouped and independent brand new villas (approx. 300sqm), each with three bedrooms (1 double, 2twin). The living areas are harmoniously decorated with a satellite TV and a dining area. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and oven. The villas have its own private swimming pool with fresh water, a fully furnished terrace or solarium, barbecue, ideal for al fresco dinning and a garden with Canarian flora and parking area. Each villa has been named with Guanches (native islanders) and African Princess: Iraya, Fayan, Dacil, Guacimara, Guayarmina, Ico, Yaiza, Romagua, Nisa, Teguise, Kella and Arminda.Номера: * Barco de la Luz is a one off villa, a really beautiful home designed by an architect for himself. The house is ultra modern and elegant, where guests can enjoy of a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. The main living area flow around a central feature of palm trees and volcanic rock which opens to the sky and which at night can be lit to provide a natural focal point with the palm leaves moving gently in the night air. Barco de la Luz has 2 lovely bedrooms on the top floor with two bathrooms (one with bath tub). On the ground floor it is founded a modern kitchen fully equipped (oven, electrical stoves, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier), dining area and living room with cd player. As well as the lovely private garden, patio and swimming pool area there is also a very beautiful upper floor balcony designed to maximise the lovely sea views and sun bathing in the wooden sun beds. The house is located in the small town of Tías just a few minutes from Puerto del Carmen and from the airport. Tías is 12 Km from the capital of Arrecife, it is a very lively town with a variety of shops and supermarkets as well as grill restaurants and cafes. The main celebration of the town of Tias is ?La Candelaria?, on the 2nd of February with a variety of activities. * Two new and identical villas, Oceano Azul & Atlántico sur, of recent construction ideally located, well positioned property enjoying partial sea views. They can be found within a short walk, where a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. The villas have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms one with shower the other with bathtub, a full equipped open plan - kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave-grill, etc) a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, a small patio, a living and dinning area with a table for 6 people, sofas, tv sat and dvd. The house has a large terrace with sun beds, umbrella and barbeque for al fresco dinning and private large pool. The villas enjoy of its own privacy as they have privacy screens along the walls. The municipality of Tías is composed by the following villages: Tías, Puerto del Carmen, Mácher, La Asomada, Tegoyo, Conil and Masdache. Continuing along this road, you will pass 1ST SPL petrol stations on either side of the road.
