To the south-east of Almeria, 56 km from Roquetas, Cabo de Gata is a naturally beautiful paradise with much to offer scuba divers. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park has been officially recognised by UNESCO as one of the most beautiful and wild spaces of Andalusia. Tabernas is the only semi-dry desert in Europe and some of the world?s most famous westerns have been filmed there.
