Примечание: Payment and Booking Information: In order to guarantee the booking, Terraluna apartments will charge a 25% deposit to the credit card provided upon booking. On arrival the remainder is payable along with a EUR 100 cash deposit which will be refunded upon departure and EUR 15 cleaning charge.Порядок отмены предварительного заказа: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available.
